Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

 WE DO NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at: eyeconiclooks.shop@gmail.com within 2 calendar days of receiving your order.

• Approved defective items will be replaced only . Customers are responsible for all shipping cost 

• Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Once approved for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
