Shipping Policy

By placing an order with Eyeconic Looks you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms:

  • Order Processing

ALL PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE TO ORDEE.   The processing time selected at checkout reflects the time needed to create, prepare, and package your items before shipment. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time and does not include transit time.


-Shipping Time

 

Shipping time begins after your order has been fully processed and dispatched. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout and the carrier used. Once your package is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for delivery delays.

 

- Final Sale Policy

 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

 WE DO NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at: eyeconiclooks.shop@gmail.com within 2 calendar days of receiving your order.

Approved defective items will be replaced only . Customers are responsible for all shipping cost 

 

-Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Eyeconic Looks LLC is NOT liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information entered at checkout.

-Shipping Delays

We are NOT responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

-Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
